Arbaaz Khan, an actor and filmmaker, is said to have added a luxurious apartment to his collection of properties in the Mumbai district of Jogeshwari. Property documents show the value of the property approximately at Rs 2.78 crore. This comes with the hospitalization of Khan’s father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, at Lilavati Hospital following a minor brain hemorrhage. The latest reports say that the screenwriter is stable and on ventilator support.

Arbaaz Khan’s New Apartment Details
As per the report, this RERA carpeted 1,243 square foot flat stands on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency, a forthcoming project on Jogeshwari’s Link Road, purchased from Mutistar Builders LLP at a price of more than Rs.22,000 per square foot. This also has two parking spaces devoted to the apartment, adding to the overall value of the unit.
Arbaaz Khan’s Transaction Details
Reportedly, the deal was made on February 17, 2026, and more than Rs. 16 lakh was incurred on stamp duty alongside Rs. 30,000 on registration. The construction of the building is still underway, and buyers will get their apartments by December 2030.
