The VTECH brand provides Filters, Water Pumps, UJ Cross, Steering and Suspension, Brake Disc, Brake Drums, Brake Pads, Grease, and more. The VCOOL brand offers a selection of Coolants; and The V2 brand addresses the increasing demands for two-wheeler parts. VIR Group oversees 6 state-of-the-art dedicated manufacturing facilities. Additionally, they are supported by numerous ancillary units. All the plants, recognized with International Quality Management systems, adhere to effective manufacturing practices, aligned with the newest industry 4. 0 standards. Implementing lean manufacturing methods such as 5S, 3C, single piece flow, and total traceability, is fully integrated with SAP, starting from raw material to the finished products. Our distribution network extends throughout the entire expanse of India. From two central warehouses strategically located in the West and North, our products are accessible in every corner of the country through a reliable network of distributors (400 Distributors) and Dealers (1000 Dealers), all backed by a comprehensive All India network of Retailers. Foreseeing the evolving demands of the rapidly expanding automotive sector, VIR Group has established an Ultra-modern plant in North India in collaboration with the prominent German company, Meyle.
