Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has sold a 797 sq ft apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 4.11 crore. The apartment is located in Hi-Cons Residency, and the deal includes two open parking spaces.

According to property registration documents, the sale deed was registered on October 19, 2026. The agreement was originally signed on March 7, 2024, and registered four days later, on March 11. The buyers took possession of the apartment on the day the agreement was signed. The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 24.66 lakh.

 

Saif Ali Khan's Bandra West Apartment: What We Know

Saif Ali Khan purchased a 6,000 sq ft carpet-area unit at Hi-Cons Residency in March 2007 for Rs 9.7 crore. The property covered two upper floors of the building and was bought from developer Hi-Con Constructions.

The original unit was later divided into three apartments on June 19, 2014. Two of them measured 2,997 sq ft and 2,205 sq ft, while the third measured 797 sq ft. The smaller apartment, located on a higher floor, is the one that has now been sold.

As per the CRE Matrix, the Rs 9.7 crore purchase price paid in 2007 covered all three apartments across the building.

 

Saif Ali Khan's Other Property Deals in Mumbai

The sale of the Saif Ali Khan Bandra West apartment is not his only recent real estate transaction in Mumbai. The actor has also leased two commercial units on Andheri Kurla Road to Durva Fintech Private Limited.

The units have a combined RERA carpet area of 5,692 sq ft and will fetch a monthly rent of Rs 22.76 lakh. The leave and licence agreement was registered on September 29, 2026, for five years, ending on May 9, 2031.  Vikaas Mohan Sachdeva, a director at Durva Fintech, has been named as the licensee. Saif Ali Khan is the licensor, represented through his constituted attorney.

On the residential side, Saif purchased an apartment in Mumbai's Satguru Sharan building for Rs 23.50 crore in April 2012. The property measures more than 6,500 sq ft and is where he lives with his family. Before moving there, Saif and his wife, Kareena Kapoor, lived at Fortune Heights in Bandra.

Bandra West is one of Mumbai's well-known residential locations, with a mix of luxury apartments, established neighbourhoods and access to popular shopping and dining destinations.
