As per the article published in the Economic Times, The "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3" actor, Kartik Aryan purchased a house and commercial property in Andheri along with the producer Anand Pandit. As his success in Bollywood continues to rise, Kartik's latest purchases have been fuelled by his recent pay cheque of Rs 50 crore from his upcoming projects.

Kartik Aaryan already has a solid real estate portfolio in Mumbai, with multiple properties including two apartments in Juhu, one in Versova, and another in Andheri. Now, it seems he’s on the lookout for more. Reports indicate that producer Anand Pandit has been helping Kartik search for a luxury apartment and a spacious 2,000-square-foot commercial space in Andheri. A source shared with Mid-Day, "For the past week, Anand has been assisting Kartik in finding the right properties in Andheri—both a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space. Two of his properties are already rented out."
In 2019, Kartika Aryan purchased his first property in Mumbai’s well-known area i.e., Versova, where he used to stay as a paying guest during his early days in Mumbai. His real estate investments gained momentum in June 2023, when Kartik Aaryan acquired two luxury apartments in Juhu, each valued at over Rs 17.5 crore.
